1. General Information
This website and online store are operated by CVP Struer ApS, trading as Sound Rogue ApS (CVR no. 42822337), registered in Denmark, Kjelding Høj 39, 7600 Struer, Denmark.

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
2. Shipping & Delivery
a. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark.
b. Shipping is carried out exclusively by UPS under our logistics agreement.
c. Shipping costs are included in the product price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
d. Standard orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days in the EU and 5–10 business days internationally (after dispatch).
e. Orders with customisation (such as engraving) require additional production time. Please allow up to 30 calendar days before dispatch.
f. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
g. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods to the customer or a person designated by the customer.
h. Upon delivery, please inspect the package. If the parcel is visibly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and contacting us immediately at info@soundrogue.com.
i. If you notice missing or damaged contents after delivery, please notify us within 24 hours and provide photo documentation so we can process your request with the courier.
j. For returns, we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit if the customer arranges the return shipment.
3. Taxes & Duties
a. All EU orders include VAT in the purchase price, in accordance with applicable EU regulations. The VAT rate applied corresponds to the customer’s country of residence and is covered by us.
b. Orders outside the EU are shipped without VAT. Local customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
a. EU consumers have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving any reason.
b. To exercise this right, you must notify us by email within the 14-day period.
c. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
d. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
e. Customised products (e.g. engraved panels) are non-returnable.
5. Warranty
a. All products are covered by a 24-month warranty for EU consumers (12 months for international customers) in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
b. The warranty applies to any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
c. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
d. To make a warranty claim, please contact info@soundrogue.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, except where liability cannot be excluded by mandatory law.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
